My wife and I have bought and sold a number of properties, including condos, over the years. We are now looking for a retirement condo. Condo's are a special breed. Think of a cross between a college dorm and a house. What are the rules? Are they enforced? Who are the neighbors, i.e. CO-OWNERS? Is the HOA well funded? Are they the involved in any lawsuits? And more.Marty managed a large condo building for several years. As a result she is the most knowledgeable and well connected Realtor I have ever dealt with. What's even better she is "all business" with a good sense of humor. I like that. Not once did she walk into a room and say "isn't this lovely." She did say things like this has/has not been upgraded. Did you see this? And other helpful comments. She is a diamond in the rough!  A friend recommended Marty with Coldwell Banker and as soon as I switched and sat down with Marty, she was on board from day one. Marty was a tremendous support for us as we purchased our home. We were still living in So. Florida and she was there at meetings when we were unable to attend. Marty served as a liaison with the seller's realtor and was quick to ask us questions and answer our questions confirming that the house we were looking at was what we really wanted.
